Take the next step in your healthcare career with Lamont Technical Academy’s Practical Nursing (PN) Program. This program provides the knowledge, skills, and clinical experience needed to become a confident and competent Practical Nurse.
Students receive hands-on and classroom-based instruction that prepares them to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care across a variety of healthcare settings. The program focuses on developing strong clinical judgment, patient-centered care, and professional communication.
Program Overview:
Our 11-month hybrid program combines online learning, on-campus lab training, and supervised clinical experiences at approved healthcare facilities.
Classes are held Monday through Thursday.
Fridays may occasionally be used for make-up sessions or clinical requirements.
Theory courses are completed online, while lab sessions take place on campus.
Clinical rotations are scheduled at designated clinical sites to provide real-world nursing experience.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to apply for the NCLEX-PN examination to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
